Main Con/Developer required Technical Manager
Job responsibilities:
Develops Construction Methods and Techniques in line with Tender deliverables
Reviews tender drawings and structural detailing for constructability and produce proper construction methods
Plan, manage and oversee all aspects of the design brief, drawings, preparation of tender document and evaluation
Manage design consultants, sub contractors, review engineering design, submission process and authority/cilent approval
Provide alternate design proposal most suited to site, construction methodologies and expedite theconstruction process
Job requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Construction experience
Degree in civil Engineering (Recognized by PE Board)
Experienced in Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Hospitals projects
